Because the subconscious controls around 99% of your daily functioning—your automatic responses, habits, emotional reactions, and perceptions—it essentially runs the entire show behind the scenes. This is why you might find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, making the same mistakes, or feeling stuck despite your conscious desire for change. These subconscious programs are often deeply ingrained and may not align with your conscious goals or intentions.
